Behind the drive of the matriarchs will be the common thought that unborn children are innocent human beings that must be protected. This demographic has watched the affect abortion has had on society and particularly young women and will counsel those in need. These women realize that abortion has a negative impact on society and only in rare cases saves a mother's health. The balance that I felt that this group had with the Earth is second to none. It reminded me of the feelings I get when I see Buddhist monks in my readings. This consortium of mature women has the most down to Earth and practical view of life that I have seen in all my readings on America. I felt that much of the imbalance in our society would be corrected by eliminating abortions and increasing adoptions to those millions of good people who cannot have children of their own or who are willing to expand their current family to help innocent human beings.

As this powerful feminine group plants the seed and takes control on the issue of abortion some will not go with them easily. It will take tremendous patience to reach out to all those against the changing tides on abortion but frankly this wise group are the only entity that is equipped and capable of performing the job. This issue is a woman's issue and it will take leadership from a feminine force to remedy the imbalance. In our grandchildren's lifetime abortion will greatly reduced in the United States and ironically the children of the 1960's will be given credit for the sway in public opinion.

What Can Americans Do To Help?

1. Respect your elders and realize that until much of life is lived, it is not truly understood.

2. Believe that all life is precious and cannot be thrown away like an unwanted belonging.

3. Support adoption as a way to help our society regain some lost balance.

4. Show mercy to those who do not share your opinion on abortion. It is only through patience and understanding that the battle over abortion will be won.
